ATTENTION - NEWS FOR THE 35TH EDITION

If you missed article 9 of the 2022 regulations, this year the Audencia La Baule Triathlon is hosting more races than in previous editions, which forces us to limit the time of the Tri-relais races and the S race.

– For the Tri-Relay: 2H00 including a maximum of 25 minutes swimming (exit from the water before T1).

– For the S race: 2 hours and 20 minutes, including a maximum of 30 minutes of swimming (exit from the water before T1).

In addition, different cuts have been decided for the M race and the M Tri-Relay (see article 9 general regulations).

Race M:

– 1st Cut: Individual participants or relay runners must be out of the swimming course in less than 50′ (i.e. 14:20). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to give back their numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start on their bikes.

– 2nd Cut: Individual participants or relay runners must be off the bike course no later than 2 hours and 40 minutes after the start of the race (i.e. 16:10). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to return their numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start the run.

– 3rd Cut: After 3 hours and 15 minutes of elapsed time in the individual race, individual participants or relay runners will not be able to start the 2nd loop of the 5 km run (i.e. 16:45). They will be directed to the finish line and classified after the last participants who have completed the entire course.

Tri-Relay M :

– 1st Cut: Participants must be out of the swim course within 50′ (i.e. 14h30). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to return their numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start on their bike.

– 2nd Cut: Participants must be off the bike course no later than 2 hours and 40 minutes after the start of the race (i.e. 4.20 pm). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to return their numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start the run.

– 3rd Cut: After 3 hours and 15 minutes of elapsed time in the individual race, participants will not be allowed to start the 2nd loop of the 5 km run (i.e. 16:55). They will be directed to the finish line and classified after the last participants who have completed the entire course.
