Attention - new REGULATIONS SINCE 2024

As mentioned in the internal regulations, refunds, exchanges and transfers of bibs are no longer possible.

If you’ve missed article 9 of the 2024 regulations, this year the Audencia La Baule Triathlon is hosting more races than in previous editions, which means we have to limit the race times for the Tri-Relais and the S race.

– For the Tri-Relais: 2H00 including a maximum of 25 minutes swimming (water exit before T1).

– For the S race: 2h20 including 30 minutes maximum swimming (water exit before T1).

– For the S-Light race: 1h20 including a maximum of 15 minutes swimming (exit from the water before T1).

In addition, different cuts have been decided for the M race and the M Tri-Relais (see article 9 general regulations).

M race :

– 1st Cut: Individual participants or relay runners must be out of the swim course in less than 50′ (i.e. 15:20). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to return their bib numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start on their bikes.

– 2nd Cut: Individual participants or relay runners must be off the bike course no later than 2h40 after the start of the race (i.e. 17h10). After this time, participants will be disqualified, will have to return their race numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start the run.

Tri-Relais M :

– 1st Cut: Participants must be out of the swim course in less than 50′ (i.e. 15:30). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to return their race numbers and chips, and will not be allowed to start on their bikes.

– 2nd Cut: Participants must be off the bike course no more than 2h40 after the start of the race (i.e. 17h20). After this time, participants will be disqualified from the race, will have to hand in their numbers and chips and will not be allowed to start the run.

– 3rd Cut: After 3 hours 15 minutes have elapsed in the individual race, participants will not be allowed to start the 2nd loop of the 5-kilometer run (i.e. 5:55 p.m.). They will be directed to the finish line and classified after the last participants to complete the entire course.
